Mom got a new tea set for her anniversary so she is having have a tea party. So in preperation for this party I made traditional scones, lemon curd, and clotted cream. I found the recipes on line and made this all myself. It was very easy actually. This was my trial run as I did not want to "try" a new recipe just before moms party. The lemon curd is especially good. I was so proud of how things turned out I had to share.
