Working retail
I HATE WORKING RETAIL! Yet I have been doing it for 15 years. It was retail that pushed me into going back to school. I don't like working with people. I am not much of a people person. I hate being nice to people that are mean and nasty. I want to not practice restraint and tell those people where to go and how to get there. When I become a lawyer I can do that. How cool is that? I don't like standing on my feet for 4-6 hours smiling and saying "Hello, how are you ( when I don't care).....thank you , have a nice day." I have to say I don't care about: what you are making, who died, who was born, that your kids are in or out of school, where you are going on vacation, if your house is on sale, who is cheating on who, what color goes with what, what you couldn't find, that your husband will kill you for spending money, which card you need to use, that you need to go to the grocery store......I just plain don't care. Pay for your stuff and be on your way.

amen to that!! i hate retail too. if i can't get a real job after i'm done with school, i will have officially lost all faith and confidence in the education system. at least on the phones i don't have to look at them. so that's one good thing about my job.
I hate retail too!!! So glad I can stay at home and work and not have to deal with mean, nasty people. Do they ever stop to think that it is their own fault that they have a $200+ cell bill when they have been stupid enough to buy cell phones for their preteens? Hello!
