Poor Myra Update 2

I got a call from the Vet today and they said that they misquoted me the price for the surgery. The new price is $4000.00. Are you kidding me? Who in the hell has that kind of money to spend let alone on a pet? So Instead of a surgery Myra is home in pain in bed. Now Tim and I have to decide what to do. We have been trying to find a way to pay for it but we just can't afford that kind of money. I could just punch that vet in the face. How cruel is it to get our hopes up and say oops sorry but you can afford that right? No matter what happens with Myra I will never be getting another dog. I am so done with the heartache of pets.
