Exciting Evening

last night i let Aphie out per our usual custom. she was out side for about 3 minutes or so when i looked out the door just in time to get a surprise. jumping over the fence was a coyote on its way to make Aphie a tasty treat. with out thinking i jumped up ran out in my socks in the snow and yelled "HEY" at it then threw my remote at it. of course i missed because i am a terrible shot but it worked and the coyote ran off. Aphie was freaked out and ran inside to hide under the table but the dumb cat was at the door wanting to go back out 30 minutes later.
